Description: For professional use. Concentrated means for ensuring the hygienic requirements of any type of water-resistant surfaces, as well as for the elimination of fat and fat condensate in all sectors of the food industry, gastronomy, kitchens, commercial equipment, institutions. Emulsifies grease and reduces clogging of drain pipes. The product does not contain perfumes and harsh substances.

Use: (0.5-5%) dilute 25-250 ml in 5 liters of water.

Ingredients: nonionic surfactants ≥5 but <15%, isopropyl alcohol, sodium metasilicate.
